Preston Goodwin and Josh Harrison have practiced
law together since their initial meeting in
1988, when working with the firm of Hagerman & Seureau. |

formed in April, 1992, after Hagerman & Seureau
discontinued the practice of law, due to
the retirement of its sole shareholder.
Originally formed as a partnership
of professional corporations, a
registered limited liability partnership
was created, in
June of 1993. Goodwin & Harrison
continues to serve clients in the
business and banking sectors in Texas. |
